In collaboration with Pain BC, the ACFP's Collaborative Mentorship Network for Chronic Pain and Addiction (CMN) is pleased to offer a free resource for your chronic pain patients.

The Gentle Movement and Relaxation course is designed to equip not only physiotherapists and other therapeutic movement professionals but can aid patients struggling with chronic pain by equipping them with practical knowledge and resources so they can lead their own movement and relaxation program.

    Course learning objectives:

    • Knowledge in pain science, pain and recovery, and specific gentle movement and relaxation exercises to teach your clients with pain.
    • Access to interactive slides, audio recordings of breath and body exercises, video resources, weekly homework, movement exercise sheets and other helpful tools to facilitate the program.

    Register Here!

Please feel free to share the licences with your health care team and patients.
Please let patients know they can sign up as an "Other HCP" to receive the licence.

Once registered, this course is accessible for an entire year.
